Arianna Vanin, Founder, Sabia Wellness House

Arianna Vanin, founder of Sabia Wellness House, is a visionary leader blending wellness, spirituality, and community in an extraordinary way. Born in Montreal and raised in South America by her Italian father and Croatian mother, Arianna was deeply influenced by her family's holistic approach to health and wellness. Her journey, however, wasn’t always clear-cut. After studying business at the University of Western Ontario and initially pursuing a career in Finance and now in Healthcare strategy, she realized this path wasn’t aligned with her true passions. Inspired by her upbringing and a personal health journey, Arianna pivoted towards her true calling—wellness.

The idea for Sabia Wellness House was born during her time in Los Angeles, where she dreamed of creating a beautiful, nontoxic space where health-conscious individuals could come together. After attending retreats that left her underwhelmed, Arianna recognized the need for a space that combined wellness with environmental harmony. She poured her heart and soul into building Sabia Wellness House, in her new hometown of Miami Beach, from the ground up, guided by her perseverance, curiosity, and unwavering commitment to quality and beauty. Her dedication to creating an eco-conscious sanctuary has allowed others to experience true healing and transformation.

Today, Sabia Wellness House hosts leading wellness practitioners and thought leaders from around the world. Arianna’s ability to balance wellness, business, and spirituality is truly inspiring, and her journey is a testament to the power of following one’s intuition. Her advice to other women with big dreams? Take small steps forward, trust the process, and don’t wait for everything to be perfect—clarity comes with action.

What is your secret to living a high-vibrancy life?

Living in alignment with what feels right for me and then making decisions and choices from that place. Deciding what I know feels good and not what others want or think is cool. I’ve learned how to politely say no to anything that is not aligned. I always try to bring a deeper awareness into situations, present or future, to get a sense of how I will feel and I engage from there.

Who is a woo-woo working woman that you admire and why?

My mother. She has lived a life doing what she wants, always willing to try new practices and experiences. She approaches everything she does with the energy of a child full of love.

How do you balance work, wellness, and spirituality?

I schedule my weeks and ensure there is enough space for each of those categories. I try not to overplan, but I always want to make sure there’s enough space for business, health, and fun. Again, also saying no when it feels right.

Was there any one significant event that moved you onto the path of becoming the woman you are today?

I lost my job at the end of my solar return and I was struggling with gut issues. I started listening to health and wellness webinars with all my new free time. I would spend 3-4 hours a day researching these topics and I became super serious about everything I was researching especially in the nutritional space. That was my jump into living a life in health and wellness.

Personal Mantra?

There’s always a solution.

Where was the idea for Sabia Wellness House born and how did you know you needed to move forward with it?

I had a dream about it when I was living in LA. I always loved real estate and I kept walking around and seeing the potential in homes everywhere. I went on a couple of retreats and I always left disappointed. I thought about the incredible potential of living somewhere beautiful and nontoxic that also served to bring other health-conscious people together. Coincidentally, I spoke to my channeler and she told me she saw me living this exact life in her vision confirming exactly what I had been dreaming of. That’s when I knew.

The house is extraordinary. You left no stone unturned in creating a wellness and ecological haven for others to come together and heal. You essentially built it from the ground up. What skills and attributes supported you in successfully navigating such a visionary mission?

Perseverance allowed me to never give up when things didn’t work as planned. My curiosity fueled my research to find the best quality products that also met high standards of beauty, efficiency, and health. Human timelines are different than cosmic timelines and I needed a lot of patience to roll with that instead of trying to force things my way. Creative problem-solving was key to finding new solutions when things didn’t work out as planned.

How would you advise other women with a vision or dream who are unsure how to take action to bring it to life?

Don’t be afraid of taking steps forward. Be ok with not knowing what the end state will look like fully. As long as you have a rough vision of where you want to go you can break it down into manageable steps. Don’t wait for everything to be perfect. It never will be. The more action you take the more clarity you will get to achieve towards your goal.

You built the dream wellness house. Now you host numerous health and wellness leaders for their retreats. With so many moving parts how do you stay organized and ahead of all your tasks?

Writing helps with my memory. I use my paper agenda every day. I have a monthly and weekly look ahead. I write everything into to-do lists. It helps me get a visual of my week so that I can see where I need to focus. If I can’t get it done that week I’ll move it to the next week. Before big events, I block off a day or two to take care of any list of items I need to do for it.

Since you have hosted some of the most talented health and wellness thought leaders in the world was there anything you learned from them that has completely changed your life?

The most meaningful experience was with Dr. Steven Young and his teachings about the hermetic laws. It completely changed my viewpoint on life and it helped me with unblocking issues and getting more aligned with my life path. He’s also taught me a lot about not forcing things in life.

Any routines or rituals that help you stay focused and grounded?

A daily morning walk and a good night's sleep.

What would the title of your autobiography be?

The windy road to an aligned life.

Infared Sauna

Minerals, Magnesium and digestive enzymes
