What is your secret to living a high-vibrancy life?
I think it comes down to really knowing yourself and being completely honest. When you’re transparent with yourself, it keeps you accountable and pushes you to keep growing. It’s also important to block out the noise and distractions. At the end of the day, it’s all about tuning in to who you are and bringing it back to yourself.
Who is a woo-woo working woman that you admire and why?
I really admire Mikhaila Peterson. Her journey has been nothing short of incredible. She’s been through serious challenges with her health and managed to come out stronger by pushing against mainstream medical practices. Mikhaila has been on a carnivore diet for six years now, and it’s completely transformed her life, reversing many of her illnesses. What I love about her story is how she’s shown that there are so many different paths to healing—ones that often get overlooked. Her strength and commitment to her own well-being are truly inspiring.
How do you balance work, wellness, and spirituality?
For me, it all comes down to having strong boundaries, something I’ve learned over time. I protect my mental capacity by being intentional about what I engage with. For example, I don’t allow myself to get caught up in reading comments online, and I have a hard rule of not being on my phone past 8 p.m. I also make sure to keep toxic people and unnecessary drama out of my life—those things just drain energy. Setting firm boundaries around what I allow in my space helps me stay elevated and focused on my growth.
Was there any one significant event that moved you onto the path of becoming the woman you are today?
Yes, a few major events really shifted things for me. I was a vegetarian for 10 years and regularly used herbal laxatives, which took a toll on my health. Then came COVID, which pushed me to dive deep into gut health and rethink my entire approach to wellness. On top of that, I experienced botox poisoning, which opened my eyes to the impact of toxins entering my body. All of these experiences combined pushed me onto the path I’m on today, where I'm much more mindful of what I put into my body and how I take care of my overall well-being.
Personal Mantra?
Perfect skin doesn’t exist. Healthy skin does.
Your business thrives on your passion and dedication to beauty, health, and wellness. What advice would you offer to women who are still searching for their purpose and wondering how to transform their passions into a successful business?
My advice is to start by focusing on something you genuinely enjoy. If your thing is coffee, maybe create a recipe book or a blog centered around that love. If you’re obsessed with TV shows, why not start a blog reviewing the ones you watch? It’s all about finding what makes you happy and turning that passion into something tangible. Take a minute to really figure it out—visualize it, dream big. Just a year ago, I was in Oklahoma, thinking about starting a farm, and now I’m fully pursuing my passion. The key is to trust yourself and take that first step.
What are the skills or attributes you believe have supported you in having such success with building your brand and business?
A big part of my success comes from focusing on what I truly love. That passion naturally fuels my drive and motivation, which makes it easier to stay disciplined. I’ve also embraced curiosity—constantly learning, experimenting, and doing my own research has been crucial. I believe in being my own advocate, really diving into whatever I’m working on, and not being afraid to test new ideas. It’s important to remember that your present doesn’t define your future, and with the right mindset and determination, you can shape where you’re headed.
What do you wake up looking forward to in your work and day?
I always look forward to starting my day with tea, journaling, and a bit of manifestation—it really sets the tone for everything. I’m also excited to consult with clients and learn more about their journeys. Every day feels like a fresh opportunity to connect with people and make a difference. I love the energy of getting the day started and always remind myself to be grateful for what I’m doing.
What is the one health practice that you most credit with changing your life?
Diet has been the biggest game-changer for me. Switching to an animal-based diet, with a focus on grass-fed meat and butter, has transformed my health. It’s helped me feel more energized, balanced, and overall better in my body. This way of eating has allowed me to tune in to what works best for my system and has truly been life-changing.
Aging often comes with stigma and pressure to meet unrealistic beauty standards, leaving many women feeling challenged. What advice would you give to help women embrace feeling and looking ageless, both inside and out?
Mindset is everything. We have to stop fixating on every flaw and over-obsessing about what we think is "wrong" with how we look. Constantly seeing and repeating those negatives to ourselves is draining. The truth is, there’s no escaping aging or achieving perfection—it happens to all of us. Comparing ourselves to others only creates unnecessary pressure. Instead, we need to focus on being grateful for how we look and feel in the present. Embracing the aging process rather than trying to reverse it helps shift the narrative to something positive. When we do that, we can feel and look ageless from the inside out.
You've openly discussed your experience with Botox poisoning and its impact on your health. What were the key signs and symptoms that others should be aware of? Additionally, for those who believe they might be facing similar issues, what steps would you recommend for detoxing and healing the body?
For me, the most alarming symptom was the crippling panic attacks—I genuinely felt like I was dying. I also experienced extreme fatigue, like I was constantly moving through water. Anxiety became a constant presence, and I struggled with severe brain fog. It got to the point where I was scared to leave the house or even drive. On top of that, I had blurry vision that made things even more challenging.
For anyone who thinks they might be dealing with similar issues, I recommend starting with detoxing slowly and mindfully. Copper can help mobilize the Botox from your system. Focus on getting as much sleep as possible, as rest is key to recovery. In terms of diet, stick to anti-inflammatory, low-histamine, and low-oxalate foods to help reduce symptoms. Breathing exercises, meditation, and grounding can also help regulate the nervous system. Above all, listen to your body and take things at a pace that feels right for you.
You truly radiate health and beauty. What are your go-to products, tools, or supplements that you believe every woman should incorporate for glowing skin and a healthy body?
Red meat
Hydrogen Water
GHK Copper
Retinaldehyde
